HOW TO

Work with Me

SPECIAL EVENT SPEAKER

I customize every presentation, tapping into my experience as an improv artist, author and grief consultant. For group sizes of 25-10,000, I bring powerful topics to life whether it’s for an hour, half-day, full-day or multi-day experiences. Ask me for details!

WORKSHOPS

When organizations deal with loss, I develop workshops after interviewing representatives from the organization to insure the experience will be relevant to their members and the goals of the organization. I guarantee a lively, thought-provoking and transformational workshop.

Consultation/Individual

For over 40 years, as a teacher, solution-focused psychotherapist, and a national leader in the use of movement and expressive arts therapies, I’ve been assisting people in turning life’s challenges into opportunities for growth, resulting in an enriched life. And now, through advancements in technology, I am able to offer my services to people no matter where they live. My approach, whether delivered in person, through email, zoom, telephone, or some combination of these vehicles, always consists of five elements:

  1. A focus on strengths – we’ll look together at what you do well.
  2. Offering ways to increase self-awareness; particularly ways to listen to your body’s wisdom, that part of you that is often “smarter than you are.”
  3. Providing provocative questions to challenge assumptions;
  4. Encouraging an incremental and playful approach to initiating or responding to change; and
  5. Stimulate access to your creativity through the use of art-based forms that clarify the current situation as you choreograph your future.

Our work together can begin with a single conversation!

HOW TO

Work with Me

CONSULTING

I help organizations with students, clients and employees learn the skill of grieving well based on my own experience, as a social worker and having helped many people find the gift hiding behind their grief. This work begins with a single conversation.

CARE-GIVING ONLINE GROUP

I host a LIVE, and weekly, online self-care group for caregivers to support the amazing individuals working with loss daily. Here you gain access to me, my principles and exercises to take care of yourself, while caring for others.

Experienced Intimacy
